Retail Operations Manager (Fashion Retail)
We are GINLEE Studio, a Singapore-based design-led fashion brand.
As we grow our retail network, we are looking for a Retail Operations Manager to help us move from hands-on management to a more structured, scalable retail system.
You will design, optimise and manage the retail system across all stores, ensuring strong sales performance, operational consistency, and healthy store-level profitability.
This role is accountable for the key drivers of store P&L, and ensures that stores operate in a structured, scalable, and commercially disciplined way
You will be responsible for:
- Driving store performance across multiple locations
- Improving inventory flow and stock productivity
- Building consistent SOPs and retail standards
- Managing payroll efficiency and store operations
- Strengthening store leadership and alignment
To build a strong foundation, the role will include a structured 3-month immersion across our stores to understand operations, team dynamics, and customer behaviour before taking on full operational ownership.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience managing multiple stores
- Thinks in systems, not just daily execution
- Is comfortable with numbers (sales, productivity, inventory)
- Can influence teams and drive change
