Accounts cum Corporate Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check, verify, and process staff expense claims and reimbursements.
  • Review and validate corporate credit card transactions for accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage petty cash, including disbursement and recording transactions in the accounting software.
  • Assist with monthly closing for a small set of accounts.
  • Liaise with external parties such as the company secretary, bankers, government authorities, and other relevant stakeholders on finance and accounting matters.
  • Perform general office administrative duties, including ordering office supplies and pantry items.
  • Coordinate and provide backup support to the CEO’s secretary when necessary.
Job Requirements: -
  • Diploma in accounting or business-related study
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in administrative and accounting support
  • Meticulous, well-organized, and able to work independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
