We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CRU Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our Clinical Research Unit (CRU). The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, operational expertise, and a passion for ensuring high standards in clinical research services and patient care.

Key Responsibilities- Oversee the overall operations and administration of the Clinical Research Unit (CRU)
- Lead and supervise CRU staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Coordinate clinical research activities in compliance with regulatory and institutional requirements
- Ensure proper resource planning, manpower allocation, and workflow efficiency
- Work closely with investigators, sponsors, and multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor operational performance, quality standards, and service delivery
- Develop and implement SOPs, policies, and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with MOH, IRB, GCP, and organizational guidelines
- Support budgeting, reporting, and operational planning
- Handle staff training, development, and performance management
- Degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of clinical research or project management experience
- Good understanding of clinical research operations and regulatory requirements
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in early-phase clinical trials or research administration
