Clinical Research Coordinator, Dept of Reproductive Medicine (1-year Contract)

This position is to work as a clinical research coordinator to explain procedures to study participants and obtain informed consent; to conduct study related questionnaires and measurement including collecting bio-samples in compliance with the study protocol and GCP.
The member of the team will report to Principal investigator and Project managers.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Obtaining consent, conducting study related questionnaires and measurements, sample collection such as blood, buccal swab etc in compliance with the Study Protocol.
- Scheduling study visits according to protocol.
- Maintaining study documents according to Good Clinical Practice
- Coordinating among other study team members and making sure the study visit run smoothly.
- Data collection, entry and respond to data clarification requests in a timely manner.
- Maintaining data security and confidentiality according to PDPA
- Providing regular study updates to PI/Managers.
- Attending regular training to improve study quality.
- To perform other job-related duties as requested or required assigned by project Managers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience- Nursing or Science related degree or Diploma.
- Prefer to have experience in healthcare and venipuncture skills.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
- A Team player and yet able to work independently.
- Strong analytical, organizing and prioritizing skills
- Strong coordinating and facilitation skills
- Possess positive personality with high initiative
WORKING CONDITION
Required to work irregular hours including weekends and conduct research visit at clinic and home location.
