Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Development:
Develop creative and engaging content for Alluora’s social media platforms, including videos, posts, and stories.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align content strategies with brand objectives.
Campaign Execution:
Plan and execute live streaming schedules, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital channels.
Analytics & Optimization:
Monitor engagement, sales metrics, and audience feedback to improve campaign effectiveness.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance future live streaming and marketing activities.

REQUIREMENTS

Passionate about beauty products, skincare, body care, and hair care.
Prior experience in marketing, live streaming, social media, or sales is an advantage.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for trends on platforms like TikTok and Shopee.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
