Legal Associate (PQE 0-2, Boutique Firm)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare well-structured legal documents, opinions, and memoranda.
• Advise and consult with clients on a wide range of legal matters, ensuring clear communication and practical solutions.
• Review and analyse land registry documents, leases, and other property-related legal records.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and leases pertaining to property transactions, including residential, commercial, industrial, and shophouse properties.
• Handle full-spectrum conveyancing matters, including purchases and sales, development projects, mortgages, property transfers, powers of attorney, and stamp duty compliance.
• Assist senior lawyers on complex cases, contributing to strategy development and case management.
• Develop and implement tailored legal strategies to meet clients’ objectives effectively.
• Stay updated on changes in property law, regulations, and industry best practices to provide informed guidance.

Candidate Profile:

• Singapore-qualified lawyers with 1 to 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Candidates that are freshly admitted Singapore Bar are encouraged to apply.
