Legal Associate | Senior Associate (Corporate | Commercial Law)

- Working hours: 5 days | Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $12,000 Basic + 18 Days Annual Leave + Variable Bonus

Job Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial law matters, including M&A and investment structuring.
- Support investment funds and venture capital transactions, including structuring and establishment of onshore funds.
- Provide guidance on regulatory and compliance matters, including financial services regulations.
- Conduct legal due diligence and draft/review commercial agreements.
- Assist with IPO processes, corporate restructuring, and insolvency matters.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, opposing counsel, and regulatory authorities.
- Work independently on transactions while collaborating with the legal team.
- Maintain strong client relationships and support business development initiatives.
Requirements:
- NQ to 7 years PQE; experience in corporate / commercial law preferred.
- Exposure to M&A, investment funds or financial services will be an advantage.
- Experience in litigation, criminal, family, conveyancing or related areas is a plus.
- Able to manage multiple transactions and tight deadlines.
