About the role

We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our dynamic team at Cargotec Pte. Ltd. in the Changi Airport East Region. As a full-time HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day HR operations and providing administrative support to the HR department.

1. Assist with the administration of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and payroll processing
2. Coordinate and arrange interviews, onboarding, and offboarding activities for new and departing employees
3. Maintain and update employee databases and HR information systems
4. Provide administrative support for HR-related projects and initiatives
5. Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documents as needed
6. Respond to general HR-related inquiries from employees
7. Support the HR team in other ad-hoc tasks as required

1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a HR assistant or administrative support role, preferably in a fast-paced, corporate environment
2. Only accept Singaporean or Permanent Residents
3. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
5. Proficient in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
6. A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service
7. Familiarity with HR practices and procedures, including knowledge of employment laws and regulations
