About the role

This is a full-time HR Assistant Manager role based in Tai Seng, North-East Region. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will play a key part in supporting the HR function at Weishen Industrial Services Pte Ltd, a leading industrial services provider.

What you'll be doing
  1. Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures and best practices across the organisation
  2. Manage the employee life cycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
  3. Provide HR advisory support to employees on a wide range of HR-related matters
  4. Coordinate and administer employee benefits, compensation, and leave management
  5. Contribute to the development and delivery of HR training and development initiatives
  6. Support the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and interview coordination
  7. Maintain accurate HR records and produce relevant reports
  8. Assist with special projects and other HR-related duties as required
  9. Timely submission of claims and training grants to various government agencies / statutory bodies
  10. Submission of various statutory surveys
  11. Point of contact for all employee relations matters and managing employees headcount under individual portfolio.
  12. Perform any other related duties as and when assigned by the management

What we're looking for
  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR Assistant Manager or HR Business Partner role
  2. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and employment regulations
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  4. Proficient in HR information systems and MS Office applications
  5. Proactive, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  6. Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  7. IHRP or CIPD certification is an advantage
