You will be outsourced/deployed to our client, as a Business Development Executive!

?️ Location: Paya Lebar

• Salary: Up to $3,000/Mth

• Grow and manage a client database to generate new leads and consistently exceed sales targets
• Develop and implement sales engagement plans, including direct marketing campaigns and client meetings
• Respond to RFQs (Requests for Quotation) with professionalism and creativity
• Identify client needs and deliver customized solutions that align with their requirements
• Design and execute targeted marketing strategies to attract and convert potential clients
• Maintain a strong understanding of business operations and industry trends
• Take ownership of personal development by staying informed and continuously updating industry knowledge
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to craft compelling proposals for new business opportunities
• Coordinate with colleagues across company to identify shared business prospects and exchange insights
• Foster a learning culture by identifying knowledge gaps and contributing to team learning and development
• Participate actively in the performance management process by setting goals, engaging in performance reviews, and creating a personal development plan

• Able to interact with and influence multiple sales channels
• Able to manage an track lead generation and enquiries through CRM system
• Frequent travelling for business trips
• Tenacious and creative sales approach
