Customer Service Officer (Education) - Toa Payoh

Join a passionate team that’s dedicated to helping children discover the joy of reading and learning! We’re looking for a friendly and service-oriented Full time Customer Service Officer to support daily operations at our English literacy centre.

• Serve as the first point of contact for parents and students, providing excellent customer service both in person and over the phone.
• Handle enquiries, scheduling, and registration for classes.
• Assist with administrative duties, including payment collection, data entry, and maintaining accurate student records.
• Coordinate with teachers and centre staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support marketing and promotional activities, including open houses and events.
• Maintain a warm, professional, and welcoming environment for parents and students.

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level qualification.
• Prior customer service or front-desk experience, ideally in an education or service environment.
• Candidates from retail/hospitality/F&B industries are welcome to apply too
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude.

Salary: $3,000 - $3,500
