We are an O&G company looking for a Clinic Secretary cum HR Assistant for full time post.
JOB DECRIPTION:
- Preparation of surgery reports and doctor’s letters.
- Attend to patients enquiries.
- Calendar maintenance of doctors meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings including taking meeting minutes.
- Clinic admin inventory including maintenance of office supplies & clinic equipment
- Address patients' email enquiries.
- Other adhoc duties.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong knowledge of medical terminologies.
- Computer savvy.
- Experience with administrative tasks.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel is a MUST.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Previous experience is an added advantage.
- Mandarin speaking preferred
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday (office hours)
- Saturday (half-day)
