About the Role
Our Client (Local Bank) is looking for a Finance Operations Executive to support financial reporting and full-set accounting functions within a structured banking environment.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong accounting fundamentals and hands-on experience managing end-to-end finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable (AR)- Process and issue tenant invoices
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables and arrears
- Record vendor invoices and process payments accurately and timely
- Prepare journal entries and financial reports
- Support monthly closing activities
- Assist with GST, income tax, and budget preparation
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting standards
- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience handling full-set accounts
- Strong knowledge of General Ledger, AP & AR functions
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Good to have:
- Experience in property / real estate sector
- Familiarity with Yardi Voyager accounting system
