Responsibilities of an Operations Executive:

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards and procedures.
Coordinate with drivers regarding shipment movement.
Monitor shipment collection till delivery.
Fleet planning and driver deployment.
To constantly look for ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the department by suggesting improvements wherever needed.
Analyze operational data and prepare reports for management review.
Plan on cost optimization which involves both, company and vendors.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity.
Resolve operational issues promptly and escalate complex problems where necessary.

Requirements of an Operations Executive:

Diploma/Nitec Cert/Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain preferred
Relevant experience working in Logistics industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Knowledge and understanding of shipping documents
Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team
Able to start on short notice or immediately will be preferred
