Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Freelance Beauty Trainer to deliver diploma-level training in Makeup, Beauty, and/or Wellness programmes.

The trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging lessons, supporting adult learners, and ensuring training quality aligns with industry and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Diploma courses in Makeup, Beauty, and/or Wellness
Facilitate effective adult learning using appropriate methodologies
Ensure learners meet course objectives and competency standards
Prepare and deliver training materials in accordance with course outlines
Assess learners’ performance and provide constructive feedback
Maintain a professional and conducive learning environment

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the beauty / wellness industry
Possess relevant certification(s) in Makeup, Beauty, or Wellness (Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred)
Strong hands-on skills in beauty treatments, makeup application, or wellness practices
Prior adult training experience will be an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
