Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training for beauticians on treatment techniques, product knowledge, and service standards
- Develop and update training materials, manuals, and SOPs
- Provide hands-on practical training and demonstrations
- Evaluate trainees’ performance and ensure competency standards are met
- Support new outlet openings with on-site training and guidance
- Work closely with Operations and Marketing teams on new treatment launches
- Monitor service quality and provide corrective coaching when necessary
- Ensure compliance with company protocols, hygiene, and safety standards
- Prepare training reports and maintain proper training records
- Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in the beauty/aesthetic industry
- Prior training experience is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of facial, body, and/or aesthetic treatments
- Willing to travel between outlets if required
