Job Overview:

As a E-commerce Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting with both sales and operational tasks. You will be involved in the handling existing customer, order fulfillment and logistics. This role requires someone who is hands-on, flexible, and eager to contribute to different aspects of the business to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be involved with sales efforts, including developing customer relationships and closing deals.
• Process daily orders accurately and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Support e-commerce sales operations, including order fulfilment and customer service.
• Handle customer inquiries related to sales orders and resolve issues promptly.
• Be willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed in a growing and dynamic environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1-3 years of experience in sales / operations, FMCG distribution, or e-commerce preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• A hands-on, can-do attitude with a willingness to take on various tasks as needed.
