Our client is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager (Air Freight) to join their team!

What you'll be doing?- Build client relationships: Develop and maintain strong connections with key accounts and contacts to secure new business opportunities.
- Drive sales growth: Create and implement effective sales strategies to attract and win new business prospects.
- Ensure client satisfaction: Conduct regular reviews with accounts to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retain business.
- Meet targets: Work towards achieving personal sales targets and team KPIs.
- Market analysis: Perform market intelligence and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Performance review: Analyze sales performance against annual plans and develop strategies to address any shortfalls.
- Contribute to team success: Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department or Managing Director.
- Industry experience: Candidates with at least 5 years of sales hunting experience in Air Freight, preferably in the logistics industry.
- Educational background: A degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
- Strong communicator: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a pleasant personality to build lasting relationships.
- Results-driven: A sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve set targets.
