About the Business Development Manager role:
In this business-critical role, you will be responsible for driving the commercial growth and developing market presence of the business in SEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop market and expansion strategies and lead initiatives across SEA region.
- Provide AOG solutions, freight forwarding, warehousing management etc.
- Identify and capitalize on new business and market opportunities to expand customer base.
- Formulate strategies to penetrate new accounts and grow existing customer relationships.
- To develop key markets strategically and systematically
- Initiate and develop business plans for expansion initiatives, define and drive implementation.
- To drive the sales and revenue of the business unit.
To succeed in the Business Development Manager role, you will need strong commercial experience and regional market-driven strategy in the aerospace logistics industry.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in the relevant industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
- Strong commercial or sales experience in the Aviation market.
- Well versed in Logistics solutions, particularly in the Aerospace sector.
- Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders at different professional level
- Commercially focused with a problem-solving mindset
