Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct laboratory tests (e.g., urine microscopy, full blood count, HbA1c) and maintain lab instruments.
- Verify, report, and investigate test results in a timely and accurate manner.
- Carry out daily quality control checks and troubleshoot instruments as necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation for traceability, including QC and maintenance logs.
- Address patient queries and escalate issues to the Centre-IC when required.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and infection control protocols.
- Support the Centre-IC with administrative and operational tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Medical Laboratory, Biomedical Science, or a related field.
