Sales Executive (Semiconductor)

Key Responsibilities
- Support sales activities for semiconductor components such as quartzware, thermocouples, and furnace-related parts
- Manage and develop relationships with existing customers (Fabs, OEMs, Suppliers)
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
- Prepare quotations, follow up on RFQs, and negotiate pricing with customers
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on technical and commercial matters
- Assist in product evaluation, qualification, and feedback collection from customers
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Ensure timely delivery, payment follow-up, and overall account management
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Business, or related field
- Entry levels are welcome to apply
- 0–3 years of sales experience preferred
- Basic understanding of semiconductor processes or willingness to learn
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Willingness to travel internationally if required
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin (to liaise with China-based customers and suppliers)
- Exposure to semiconductor industry is an advantage
- Knowledge of quartzware, SiC components, or thermocouples is a plus
- Customer-focused mindset
- Strong follow-up and execution discipline
- Technical curiosity and willingness to learn
