About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join our team in the Rochor Central Region. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and achieving sales targets that contribute directly to the company's success. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic sales environment where your performance and dedication are recognised.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Presenting products and services to potential clients, demonstrating value and addressing their specific needs
  • Preparing and delivering sales proposals and quotations tailored to client requirement
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions and pipeline opportunities using CRM systems
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of solutions for clients
  • Gathering feedback from clients and market insights to inform product and service improvements
  • Participating in industry events, trade shows and networking activities to promote the company and generate leads
What we're looking for
  • Proven track record in a sales role, ideally within a similar industry, with demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a positive attitude and resilience in handling rejection
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to close deals effectively
  • Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and manage a busy schedule
  • Knowledge of the local market and customer base within the Rochor Central Region or Singapore
