The Manager oversees the entire noodle production process, ensuring smooth operations, product quality, and compliance with safety and hygiene standards. The role also includes managing workers, coordinating with suppliers, and driving efficiency in manufacturing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Management:
- Plan and monitor daily noodle production schedules to meet targets.
- Ensure machines, equipment, and raw materials are well maintained and sufficient.
- Quality Control:
- Maintain product consistency and quality according to company and SFA (Singapore Food Agency) standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and resolve production issues promptly.
- Team Supervision:
- Supervise and train production staff, packers, and cleaners.
- Ensure discipline, teamwork, and proper safety practices among all workers.
- Inventory & Procurement:
- Oversee raw material usage and stock levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of ingredients and packaging materials.
- Health & Safety Compliance:
- Enforce food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the production area.
- Ensure compliance with MOM and SFA regulations.
- Reporting:
- Prepare production and performance reports for management review.
- Suggest improvements for productivity and cost control.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP, ISO preferred).Ability to manage production workers of mixed nationalities.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Able to work long hours or weekends when required.
