Assistant Manager, Accounting /Finance (Manufacturing) - MTC Consulting Pte Ltd

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager, Accounting to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing sector. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting financial operations across Singapore and Vietnam entities.

• Manage the full set of accounts for Singapore and its Vietnam subsidiaries.
• Review and analyse product costing reports from manufacturing plants.
• Handle transfer pricing and related documentation across regional operations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents for audits and tax planning.
• Oversee GST filings and manage MES renewals with consultants.
• Supervise the Accounts Payable function to ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Lead improvements and enhancements in ERP systems to increase efficiency.
• Mentor and guide accounting staff to support their professional growth.

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA qualification is a must.
• At least 5 years of experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong grasp of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Analytical, meticulous, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia
