With strong regional momentum and increasing institutional adoption, they are expanding their commercial team to support continued growth across enterprise clients.
Job Description- Drive new client acquisition across enterprise, fintech, payments and institutional segments, building a strong and sustainable pipeline.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and pitching through to onboarding and deal closure.
- Build and manage senior stakeholder relationships across C-suite, Treasury, Payments and Product functions.
- Apply a consultative, solution-led approach, leveraging knowledge of payments, APIs and digital asset infrastructure.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Compliance, Legal and Operations to design and deliver scalable client solutions.
- At least 7 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within payments, fintech, banking or digital asset infrastructure.
- Proven ability to hunt, build pipeline and close enterprise deals in a competitive environment.
- Strong understanding of digital payments, APIs and cross-border flows, with exposure to stablecoins/digital assets/Web3 as a strong advantage.
- Track record of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders with strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
