Responsibilities- End-to-End Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage high-quality active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other advanced sourcing tools to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Regional Recruitment Support: Execute recruitment strategies across the APAC and EMEA regions, ensuring a deep understanding of local market trends and cultural nuances.
- Candidate Screening & Evaluation: Conduct initial outreach and interviews in English (and Mandarin where applicable) to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and technical alignment with project goals.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular, high-quality updates on sourcing progress and candidate feedback, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely project delivery.
- Data Integrity & Confidentiality: Maintain meticulous records within the recruitment system while upholding the strictest standards of data privacy and professional ethics.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent sourcing.
- Sourcing Expertise: Proficient in leveraging diverse recruitment channels to identify and engage both active and passive candidates.
- Tool Proficiency: Advanced skills in LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar AI-driven search tools are highly preferred.
- Regional Knowledge: Prior experience recruiting within the APAC and EMEA regions is a significant advantage.
- Language Skills: Professional fluency in English is required for daily business communication. Proficiency in Mandarin is strongly preferred to support specific regional projects.
- Professionalism & Ethics: Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of professional ethics and integrity.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between clients and talent.
- Availability: Must have a minimum of 2 hours of daily availability to ensure consistent project progress and timely participation.
