Talent Acquisition Specialist – Join a Fast-Paced, Forward-Thinking Company! We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and forward-thinking Talent Acquisition Lead to join a fast-paced, growing company at the forefront of its industry. What You’ll Do: Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and craft compelling job descriptions. Source top talent through job boards, social media, referrals, and creative channels. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess cultural fit.
Lead the full recruitment cycle: sourcing → interviews → offers → onboarding. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs. Advise management on recruitment trends, metrics, and best practices. Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier candidates.
Track recruitment effectiveness and report insights to management. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). 5–8 years of recruitment experience, with 2+ years in a leadership or senior role.
Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Experience managing multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.
