HR Executive (Full HR spectrum/West Region/Singaporean) - Choa Chu Kang

Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding processes.
- Serve as a key point of contact for employee queries on HR policies, providing guidance and ensuring consistent application.
- Coordinate and assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and company events to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Manage payroll processing and employee benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Schedule and coordinate staff training programs, maintaining up-to-date records of employee development activities.
- Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and prepare regular reports on headcount, turnover, and leave.
- Assist in the implementation and coordination of performance appraisal processes.
- Support the development, communication, and enforcement of HR policies in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in human resources is preferred.
- Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
