About the Role

Are you looking to build a meaningful career in fintech and gain hands-on exposure to how a financial technology business operates?

Our Financing Solution / Relationship Specialist position is designed for individuals who are keen to learn, grow and develop a strong foundation in business operations within a fast-moving fintech environment.

You will be responsible for leading the team in acquiring new accounts and managing the entire deal cycle from lead generation to closing. You will oversee the preparation of credit proposals, financial analysis, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Additionally, you will develop business proposals, presentations, and strategic initiatives. Managing client portfolios, achieving revenue targets, and delivering exceptional service standards are also key responsibilities.

As you progress, your development pathway will be shaped by your strengths, performance and career interests, with opportunities to grow into areas such as senior operations, customer success, business operations, loan operations, branch operations or team leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the charge in developing and executing innovative sales strategies to drive business growth, surpass targets, and maximize revenue potential.
  • Motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.
  • Embrace technology and leverage our state-of-the-art fintech solutions to deliver exceptional loan experiences to our valued clients.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and tailoring business loan solutions to exceed expectations.
  • Provide clients with professional service by responding to enquiries, elaborating loan procedures, managing expectations and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Support client with comprehensive application process in documents guidance, application status and service-related assistance.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by closely monitoring market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to position our company as an industry leader.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal stakeholders, including credit, marketing, and technology teams, to ensure seamless loan processing and exceptional service delivery.
  • Champion a customer-centric culture and mindset, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, professional, and reflective of our brand promise.
  • Deliver insightful sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts to senior management, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • ITE, Diploma or Bachelor's degree. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Proven success in driving sales, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry, ideally with a focus on business loans.
  • A natural leader with a track record of building and inspiring high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable, with a passion for leveraging technology to enhance the customer experience.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, seize opportunities, and devise effective sales strategies.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Sales results-driven with a growth mindset and a passion for innovation.
  • Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face, by phone and through messaging channels

Working Hours
  • 5-day work week. Candidates must be able to work on Saturdays.
  • Work schedules will be arranged between 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM, depending on operational needs.
