Role Overview

Responsible for providing technical support, issue resolution, and process expertise for semiconductor manufacturing technologies. This role focuses on supporting customers, analyzing technical challenges, coordinating with internal engineering teams, and driving continuous improvement in product performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and prioritize technical issues by working closely with engineering, quality, R&D, and customer-facing teams
  • Provide technical guidance and remote support to onsite engineering teams for troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Analyze process-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions
  • Support customer technical escalations and provide solutions to improve process stability and performance
  • Maintain issue tracking and resolution progress through service management tools
  • Share technical knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Take ownership of assigned technology/process areas and support multiple projects simultaneously
  • Monitor industry trends and semiconductor technology developments to enhance technical capabilities
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Semiconductor, or related engineering fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, advanced packaging, wafer fabrication, or related process engineering roles
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor processes, process troubleshooting, and yield improvement methodologies
  • Experience supporting customers, onsite engineering teams, or technical escalations is preferred
