Job description:
You will be part of the Acoustic test section that provides testing of sound insulation, sound absorption, sound power and sound pressure level to the clients. You will also be involved in on-site noise monitoring and work improvement projects (WIP) as part of our process and quality improvements initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct acoustic testing for both laboratory and on-site environments
- Review test standards and specifications, and prepare test reports
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and sub-contractors to ensure smooth execution of testing
- Maintain and ensure proper upkeep of acoustic laboratories and facilities
- Assist the Product Manager in work improvement projects (WIP), while supporting good customer service and a safe working environment in the acoustic lab
- NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
- Result and service-oriented individual who possesses initiative and good communication skills
- A proactive team player but with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines
- Enthusiastic and resourceful with a "can-do" attitude
