Associate Engineer (MNC | AWS + VB | Joo Koon)

• Mon – Fri, 8:30am – 5:45pm
• Joo Koon Crescent (15 min walk from MRT)
• AWS+VB

• Support process engineering for molding process development and improvements
• Develop process parameters, tooling, fixtures, and production controls
• Manage mold buyoff and new mold transfer before mass production
• Ensure yield and cycle time meet BOM standards
• Troubleshoot process/material issues and implement solutions
• Drive productivity improvements (automation, tooling, fixtures)
• Handle customer complaints and prepare Corrective Action Reports (CAR)
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive actions (FMEA, Control Plan, process flow)
• Support continuous improvement and cGMP/Food Safety compliance
• Provide customer support and ensure product requirements are met
