About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in private banking, and relevant experience is preferred. The role involves supporting relationship managers in managing client portfolios, executing transactions, and ensuring top-tier client service.
Key Responsibilities- Assist Relationship Managers in servicing high-net-worth and institutional clients, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Support client onboarding, KYC documentation, and account opening procedures.
- Coordinate investment transactions, trade execution, and portfolio management processes.
- Liaise with internal departments such as compliance, operations, and investment teams to facilitate client requests.
- Prepare client reports, investment summaries, and presentations.
- Monitor client accounts, track investment performance, and update Relationship Managers on key developments.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide proactive support.
- Experience in private banking or other asset management company, or family office.
- Strong understanding of investment products, wealth management solutions, and financial markets.
- Experience with client onboarding, KYC, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; knowledge of banking platforms is a plus.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English.
