About the role
This is a contract role for a Concierge & Guest Services Associate (Aviation) at PERSOL', working in the Changi East Region. You will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors and customers.This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in the hospitality and tourism industry.
What you'll be doing- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests and issues, providing quick and effective solutions
- Manage the front desk and guest services operations, including check-in and check-out processes
- Provide comprehensive information and recommendations about local attractions, transportation and amenities
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming front-of-house environment
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of guest services processes and procedures
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Levels
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of hospitality or customer service experience
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
