About the role
As Airport Concierge – Personal Shopping Services you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences for our valued customers. This is a contract role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to showcase your passion for retail.
What you'll be doing- Warmly welcome and greet customers, ensuring a positive first impression of the brand
- Assist customers with product selection, offer styling advice, and ensure their needs are met
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the store's success
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience
Key Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level with 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or retail
- Strong team player, adaptable to fast-paced environments
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays
