Order Management Executive in an Automotive Parts Trading MNC_JW (ID: 692327)
Join a dynamic Supply Chain Management team as an Executive. This role offers opportunities for collaboration, shipment management, and inventory control in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders.
- Manage daily shipment arrangements, including purchase order generation, SAP input, sailing schedule organization, and invoice and bill of lading verification.
- Oversee supplier and customer management, including order backlog and forecast handling.
- Control inventory for temporary and business continuity planning stock.
- Conduct cost analysis, paying attention to cargo and logistics costs.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree holder with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed.
- Strong knowledge of import and export shipments, including Incoterms and related documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated teamwork capabilities with strong time management skills.
