We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at Bearded Bella. This role is perfect for a skilled and motivated chef who takes ownership of their section, thrives in a busy café environment, and works well as part of a team. What you’ll do:
- Manage your section – oversee prep and service with consistency and efficiency.
- Work as a team – communicate clearly on the line and support fellow chefs.
- Maintain standards – ensure food safety, hygiene, and presentation are upheld.
- Develop skills – refine your craft under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Contribute ideas – bring creativity to specials and help improve recipes.
- Take responsibility – be proactive, organised, and reliable in your work.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Commis or Chef de Partie in a café or restaurant setting.
- Strong cooking skills with attention to detail and consistency.
- A team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Organised, dependable, and able to stay calm under pressure.
- Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic kitchen environment.
