Sales Engineer

The Sales Engineer is responsible for driving adoption of Omni‑Health’s automation solutions across nursing homes in Singapore by combining strong technical understanding with consultative sales capability. The role will build and grow relationships with key stakeholders in the aged care and community care sector, develop and execute sales strategies, and directly contribute to Omni‑Health’s revenue growth and market presence in Singapore and the wider region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary sales representative for Robotics & AI solutions in Singapore.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Conduct discovery meetings, present and demonstrate solutions, and support pilots and proof‑of‑concepts.
  • Use your technical background to explain solution capabilities, constraints, and implementation needs clearly to clients.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of opportunities, forecasts, and sales activities.
  • Provide regular updates to management on pipeline, market insights, competitor activity, and new opportunities.
  • Represent Omni‑Health at industry events, exhibitions, and client demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Implementation teams to ensure smooth handover from sale to delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree in Engineering, IT, Biomedical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in sales, pre‑sales, or technical account management, ideally in healthcare, automation, or enterprise technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage end‑to‑end sales cycles.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable explaining technical solutions in clear, non‑technical language.
  • Proficient with CRM tools and basic sales reporting; able to manage multiple opportunities concurrently.
