To handle Event Sales Job

Handle events like corporate events, personal events, wedding events

Able to work on weekends and public holidays when/during clients' events

Leave in lieu will be given if candidates work on public holidays or weekends.

• Respond to email enquiries pertaining to corporate events & wedding events and advise clients on feasibility
• Prepare customized proposals and planning of the event flow with the clients
• Establish new sales opportunities using various sales prospecting channels
• Liaise with internal stakeholders for the execution of the event accordingly to the timeline
• Work closely with the Chefs to come up with creative ideas and bespoke food menus
• Conduct site inspections when necessary prior to the commencement of the event
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned

• Well-spoken, able to interact well with external and internal stakeholders
• Creativity, accuracy and eye for detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team
