Event Organiser/Planner (Overseas Conventions & Roadshows)

We’re looking for a proactive Event Organiser / Planner to lead and execute our brand activations — from Singapore roadshows and pop-ups to major overseas conventions such as MagicCon, Comic Con, and other international fan events.
This role requires someone who can work closely with internal teams while confidently managing external partners, vendors, and event organisers, and who can stay calm and effective in high-pressure, live event environments.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute Singapore-based roadshows, pop-ups, and retail activations
- Organise and manage participation in overseas conventions (e.g., MagicCon, Comic Con)
- Act as the central point of contact between internal stakeholders (management, marketing, design, operations) and external stakeholders (event organisers, venues, vendors, logistics partners)
- Coordinate timelines, budgets, logistics, and deliverables across multiple teams
- Work closely with internal teams to align event goals, branding, merchandising, and stock planning
- Liaise with external vendors including booth builders, printers, freight forwarders, and contractors
- Manage booth requirements: layout planning, displays, signage, setup, and teardown
- Coordinate overseas travel logistics (flights, accommodation, shipping schedules)
- Oversee event staffing and ensure smooth on-site operations
- Handle on-site troubleshooting and issue resolution during events
- Prepare post-event reports covering outcomes, sales performance, and learnings
- 1–3+ years of experience in event planning, exhibitions, roadshows, or brand activations
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and manage external stakeholders
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple moving parts
- Able to work well under pressure in fast-paced, high-intensity event environments, especially during live events
- Comfortable with on-site work, including setup, teardown, and weekend work
- Willing and able to travel overseas as required
- Bonus if you have experience in:
- conventions or trade shows
- collectibles, fandom, toys, or TCG-related events
