Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting client needs.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Keep accurate records of sales, revenue, and activity reports.
• Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and promote the brand.
• Provide feedback and after-sales support as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or relevant role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
• Diploma degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
