Business Development Associate (Entry-level)

• Support business development initiatives to identify and engage potential clients and partners
• Assist in lead generation, follow-ups and appointment scheduling activities
• Help coordinate networking events, campaigns and outreach projects
• Maintain and update prospect databases and business records
• Provide support in expanding market reach and building new business opportunities

• Local Polytechnic Diploma/Degree qualifications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in business development, networking and client engagement
• Comfortable with outreach and relationship-building activities
• Prior experience in sales, marketing or customer-facing roles is an advantage
