Office Receptionist (Tanjong Pagar)

Job Details:
- Location: Tanjong Pagar
- Working hrs: Mon to Fri 10am - 7pm
- 1 year contract (possible to convert)
Job Scope:
- Goods in / out
- Logging goods in upon receiving deliveries and follow up with recipients
- Arrange for courier pickups (import/export/local/third party/pallets)
- Ensure forms are filled in before arranging for courier (courier form, commercial invoice, packing list)
- Courier form
- Joint effort with SEA Receptionist to handle courier related queries using SEA courier request distribution list
- Updating and maintenance of courier form master list (i.e., requestors changing cost centres, bugs/errors on courier form)
- Assisting courier accounts with overdue payment
- New Hires / Leavers
- Issuance of new joiner pack / Leavers to sign off for locker clearance
- Updating of locker master file for new hires / leavers
- Stationery / Pantry
- Replenish stationery as and when necessary
- Maintain stock count, purchase of stationery when stock is low
- Catering
- Liaise with vendor for escort/servicing schedule for vending/coffee machines
- Update and maintain meal coupon system / QR code master file
- Account for meal coupon data and meal consumption take-up rate
- Liaise with canteen vendor on payment / invoices
- Waste Management
- Liaise with vendor on collection schedule
- Updating hazardous waste disposal data after collection
- Online submission to NEA
- Maintain submission records/collection notes/disposal certificates
- General
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person / teams / email of general enquiries
- Welcome guests / direct to seating area
- Notify company personnel of visitor’s arrival
- Any ad-hoc duties as needed
