The role is full-time, based in CHINT Global headquarters office in Singapore.

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for front desk operations and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk: answer calls, welcome visitors and guests
  • Arrange business travel when required
  • Liaise with vendors and building management; ensure timely invoice processing and payments
  • Maintain office facilities, meeting rooms, and cleanliness standards
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Handle courier services, mail, and deliveries
  • Monitor and arrange servicing of office equipment
  • Support basic IT administrative tasks (e.g., server room access)
  • Support company events and engagement activities
  • Assist Directors with travel, expense claims, and scheduling
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Suggest improvements to administrative processes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in office administration
  • Independent, adaptable, and resourceful
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with stakeholders
