About the Role

Are you an organized individual with a penchant for systematic thinking and a knack for executing business plans flawlessly? We are seeking an Operation Planning Executive/Manager to join our dynamic team at [Name of Aesthetic Clinic Chain].
In this role, you will be responsible for organizing logistics, materials, and manpower to ensure seamless operations across our chain of aesthetic clinics. You'll play a vital role in achieving our business objectives by maintaining a high-level perspective while being actively involved in day-to-day execution.

Adaptability is key as you'll be handling unforeseen challenges such as machine breakdowns and manpower shortages with ease.

Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Directors, Doctors, and frontline colleagues to develop and execute operational plans.
  • Implement and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee logistics, materials, and manpower to meet business demands.
  • Handle sudden changes and challenges such as machine breakdowns and manpower shortages effectively.
  • Utilize IT systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Maintain clear communication channels with all stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities preferably in Business Administration and Health Sciences.
  • 2 years of relevant experience in service/hospitality/healthcare/retail industry, are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in English communication and writing.
  • Ability to read, write, and converse in Chinese will be an added advantage as liaising with our counterparts in China and Chinese customers.
  • Pleasant personality, impeccable integrity, responsible, responsive, able to work under pressure and independently.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel.
  • Proficient in IT systems.
