Bukit Merah - Outlet Manager/Assistant Manager
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Outlet Manager/Assistant Manager to join the team at Japan Foods Holding Ltd. in the Central Region. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of one of our high-performing restaurant locations.
What you'll be doing- Manage all aspects of day-to-day restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Lead and motivate a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement
- Implement effective cost control measures and maximize profitability
- Collaborate with the regional management team to drive growth and expansion
- Handle customer inquiries and address any issues or complaints promptly
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar outlet management role within the hospitality or food service industry
- Proven track record of driving sales, improving operational efficiency, and managing high-performing teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service orientation and ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Proficient in financial management, inventory control, and data analysis
- Familiarity with industry regulations, food safety standards, and licensing requirements
