Application Support Analyst - Geylang

Salary up to $3,600

Contract duration: 6 + 6 months

Location Central

• Analyse and develop user stories, use cases, business requirements and related documentation
• Provide technical support to address queries and issues related to an application system
• Coordinate with different stakeholders to raise and track incidents for a speedy resolution
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of troubleshooting procedures and solutions
• Perform quality assurance activities, including UAT testing for defect fixes and new features
• Identify areas for process improvement and propose enhancements to prevent recurring issues

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma
• At least 1 – 2 years of relevant experience
• Analytical and Meticulous approach
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Occasional overtime may be needed
