Executive/Senior Executive (Schools)

The Executive/Senior Executive (Schools) is responsible for educating the young on the risk factors contributing to cardiovascular disease and how they can prevent the onset of these risk factors later in life.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and organise health awareness programmes and activities for schools and the various relevant stakeholders
• Conduct heart health programmes / talks / events to school communities
• Develop & implement relevant marketing materials, collaterals and educational resources
• Support inventory management and procurement of products and services
• Data entry & other administrative and logistical tasks related to school programmes
• Deliver heart health talks to corporate organisations and to community partners when necessary
• Be involved in the planning and execution of outreach events with internal or external stakeholders
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/Higher Nitec Holder/Bachelor’s degree in Education/Health Science/Food Science/Sport Management will be advantageous
• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience preferred
• Outgoing personality with good presentation skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good time management, planning and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willing to travel island-wide to schools early to conduct programmes/activities (reporting time may be at 7am)
