Summary

This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, and exceptional leadership and communication skills.

• Corporate Finance: Lead all aspects of corporate finance activities, including:
• Capital Markets: Manage equity and debt financings, including IPOs, M&A transactions, and other capital market transactions.
• Investor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders.
• Treasury Management: Oversee cash management, liquidity, and risk management activities.
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts, and conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Special Projects: Lead and manage high-impact special projects, including:
• Strategic Acquisitions & Divestitures: Conduct due diligence, negotiate terms, and oversee the integration or divestiture of businesses.
• Business Development: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and joint ventures.
• Cost Reduction Initiatives: Lead and implement cost-saving initiatives across the organization.
• Other strategic initiatives as assigned.
• Team Leadership: Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team of finance professionals.
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and career development.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
• Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate and collaborate with senior management, the Board of Directors, and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including legal counsel, investment bankers, and auditors.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial reporting and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in leading and executing complex financial transactions, including M&A, IPOs, and debt financings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make sound business decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to build, motivate, and lead high-performing teams.
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Experience with financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience working in media and entertainment industry.
• Knowledge of listing rules and requirements in Singapore and Malaysia
• Experience in international finance and long-range strategic business and/or operations plans, programmes and systems.
• Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA.
