Job Descriptions:
- Assists in the execution of fund-raising exercise for corporates.
- Assists in the execution of IPO advisory works relating to listing on Singapore Exchange.
- Assists in the execution of other advisory works relating to listed companies on Singapore Exchange.
- Assist in the execution of merger & acquisition work for corporates.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate finance advisory work; in Singapore-based corporate finance advisory firms holding Capital Markets Services License – Advising on Corporate Finance Or in Singapore-based financial institutions with Banking license.
- Degree or relevant professional qualification.
- Prior experience in Catalist IPO advisory and/or Catalist sponsorship is advantageous
